Analysis, not advice

SynthPort computes and presents. It does not know your client, your mandate, or your obligations — you do. Historical replays and projections describe the past and a model, never a promise. Regulatory responsibility for any advice built on this output stays with the adviser who gives it.

Your account

Accounts are personal and issued by the administrator. Keep your password to yourself; tell the administrator the moment you suspect it has travelled. The administrator may suspend an account to protect the service.

Your data

The models and reports you build are yours. The shared fund library is provided as-is from public data sources and may contain gaps or errors — check figures that matter before they reach a client.

Availability

This is a small, carefully run service, not a bank's trading floor. It aims to be there when you need it, takes nightly backups, and makes no uptime guarantee. Planned maintenance happens outside working hours where possible.
